This website is operated by Iliria Industries Sh.p.k., a company established in Albania. Contact: iliriaindustries@iliriaindustries.com.

2. Purpose of this website

This website presents our manufacturing services to businesses. It is not an online shop and it is not addressed to consumers. Nothing on it is an offer to the public: every production is agreed in a written offer and contract with the client.

3. Capacity and technical figures

Production figures are based on the rated capacity of our machines as declared by their manufacturers, under standard test conditions. Actual output depends on the formulation, the capsule size, the packaging format and the production plan. Figures referred to three shifts describe the capacity of the line working around the clock.

4. Standards and certifications

Our plant and procedures are designed around Good Manufacturing Practice and ISO management standards. Where a certification is marked as "in progress", the certificate has not yet been issued; this page and the website will be updated when it is.

5. List of active ingredients

The list of active ingredients shows substances commonly requested for food supplements. It is not a catalogue of finished products and it is not a statement that a substance is permitted in every country. Whether an ingredient, a dosage or a label claim is allowed depends on the regulations of the market where the product is sold, and it is verified with each client before production. No information on this website is medical advice, and no statement is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

6. Images and videos

The videos and photos of the line show the machine models installed in our line. The capsules and powders falling in slow motion in the opening video are a product visualisation.

7. Intellectual property

The Iliria Industries name and logo, the texts and the design of this website belong to Iliria Industries Sh.p.k. or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced without our written consent.

8. Liability

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or free of errors, and it may change without notice. Links to other websites, if any, are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

This website is governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania.
